Barry and Cheryl are a dynamic team responsible for the continued success of Berry’s Creek Dairy. Barry’s extensive cheese making experience has resulted in a range of award winning cheeses (including in his early days, for Jindi Cheese Company’s champion brie at the Wisconsin cheese show ). Initially making blues, the Berry’s Creek team has increased their range to white mould and washed rind. Never resting, their recent venture producing the first buffalo cheese made in Australia: Riverine Blue has been a great success.

Tarwin Blue

Rich with a buttery texture the cheese is aged to allow full development of the blue mould. Eaten at room temperature the cheese will deliver a fuller flavour with a complex finish.

Riverine Blue

This blue has a soft and creamy texture with a light green, almost Gorgonzola blue veining throughout. The appearance is further enhanced by the brilliant white of the Buffalo Curd. The flavour is sweet and fresh with some citrus tones.
