Le Conquérant Camembert is a soft, hand-made cheese made by the Graindorge dairy in the Pays d’Auge region in Normandy, France. It is made from pasteurized cow’s milk, traditional cultures, moulds and yeasts. The cheese comes wrapped in wax paper and packed in a box to create an environment that will aid in its ripening. Le Conquérant Camembert is best enjoyed when the chalky centre breaks down to a fudgy texture with hints of truffle, wet straw and cauliflower.
