With ample supply of all local ingredients, King Island produces a range of stunning products. From the weather, the milk, even the staff, it’s all in-house, a community dedicated to a world class product. King Island Dairy was there at birth of the Australian Specialty Cheese Industry in the 1970’s and it’s still there, today going strong and producing wonderful cheese.

Stokes Point Smoked Cheddar

naturally smoked, matured cheese with a deep, smoky ham aroma and creamy cheddar bite. Stokes Point Smoked Cheddar is naturally smoked with hardwood and aged for a minimum of nine months.  This cheddar is named after Stokes Point, the most southern tip of the island that is closest to Tasmania.
